Temple History

Many devotees come here from different parts of the country, especially on Fridays, to enjoy the Goddess. Friday fasting worship is very popular in this temple. Every Friday one should keep the image of the goddess at home without eating any sour food and read the story of the goddess and fast. This fast should be performed for nine weeks or a maximum of sixteen weeks. Peanut Butter Jaggery can be used medicinally. Green bananas are the best way to end the fast on Friday of the last week. 8 children should finish the fast with sour food without any sour taste. As a result of this prayer the marriage and all the auspicious events will be fulfilled by the grace of Santoshimata as we envisioned. If you buy more bracelets and pray to Goddess, the child will be blessed. There is no Stala Virutcham in this temple. There is a Ganesha shrine and a Navagraha shrine in this temple.

In this temple, two daily eternal pujas are performed according to the Agam system And on the evening of Sangadahara Chaturthi, the anointing of Sri Paripurna Ganesha is taking place.
