Velloor Perunthatta Siva Temple is located in Velloor, near Thalayolaparambu, Kottayam, Kerala. The deity who presides over the temple is Lord Shiva, located in separate shrines, facing east. It is believed that this temple is one of the 108 Shiva temples of Kerala and is installed by the sage Parasurama dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is one of the oldest Shiva temples in Kottayam District.
The temple is at the top of a hill. The fire had destroyed the main temple and the inhabitants had rebuilt it afterwards. Sri Krishna is the Upadevan.
