Muthuvara Mahadeva Temple is a Shiv temple located in Muthuvara, Thrissur, Kerala. Parashurama, the sixth avatar of Vishnu has installed the idol. The idol is in Rowdrabhavam. There are 2 Sree Kovils, one for Lord Siva and another for Sri Maha Vishnu(Narasimham). Darshan is towards the west. Here also Sivan is in Rowdrabhavam. As Narasimha pratistha was also done, he became peaceful.
